 What shipping methods do you use?

  • We have standard shipping for all the countries your product will ship via different shipping carriers depends on the country.
  • USA - Will ship via UPS,USPS,EMS,
  • International - USPS, APC, Asendia, Deutsche Post

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO and FPO addresses.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a post office box for shipping purposes because our shipper only delivers to street addresses.

How do I place an order?
  • Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
Tracking Information
  • As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. If you did not, it is most likely that you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact our support@perveengoods.com
  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

How much is shipping?
  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 
     Do you ship to my country?
    • We can ship USA, Canada, UK, AUSTRALIA but we can arrange internationally shipping manually. Contact us at support@perveengoods.com and we can get that custom ordered your way. 

    Note: If the item has not arrived 30 business days after the item was shipped, we will resend the order or issue a full refund as per customer request.

    We do not accept responsibility for items that have been shipped to incorrect addresses due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.  We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. Customers have 24 hours to email us at support@perveengoods.com to let us know if order confirmation shipping details are incorrect.

    I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?
    • Since our product is "made to order", when you order multiple products at a time, they may be shipped separately. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
    How do I change or cancel my order?

    Are the "FREE" items really free?
    • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
    How long does it take to get a response from you?
    • Customer satisfaction is the most important factor for us. We will do our best to answer you the same day you send your email, and no longer than 48 hours.
